What kind of photos work best for 3D laser engraving?
High-resolution photos with clear lighting and a distinct subject work best. Our designers can transform almost any image, but a sharp original ensures the most detailed 3D output in the crystal.
How long does it take to process my custom order?
Standard production time is 2-3 business days. Once your design is finalized and laser-etched, shipping typically takes an additional 3-5 days depending on your location.
Does the engraving wear off or fade over time?
No, our laser technology etches the image inside the solid glass. Since the engraving is internal, it will never fade, peel, or wear off, making it a permanent keepsake for your home.
Can I add custom text to my 3D crystal gift?
Yes, we offer complimentary text engraving on most of our products. You can add names, dates, or a short message during the customization step before adding the item to your cart.
What is your return policy for personalized items?
Due to the custom nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. However, if your crystal arrives damaged or there is a manufacturing defect, we will provide a replacement at no extra cost.
Are light bases included with the crystal?
Light bases are sold separately unless specified in a bundle. We highly recommend adding an LED light base to your order to fully illuminate the 3D details and enhance the display in your home.
